Subscriptions & Billing

Purchased in the iOS app (Apple In-App Purchase)

  • Manage or cancel: SettingsApple IDSubscriptions
  • Apple refunds & billing: reportaproblem.apple.com
  • In-app shortcut: Account → Manage Subscriptions

Purchased on the website (Stripe)

  • Manage billing in the app: Profile → Billing (Stripe portal)
  • Need to migrate from web to Apple billing? Email support@analyzeai.com.au

Restore purchases

On iPhone/iPad: open AnalyzeAI → Account → Restore Purchases.

  • Use the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
  • If access doesn't refresh immediately, fully close and reopen the app after restoring.

Sign-in & access issues

  • Ensure you're on the latest version of the app.
  • If you previously signed in, your session should persist. If it doesn't, open the app → Account → Restore Purchases.

Delete account & data

In the iOS app: Account → Delete Account. On the web: Profile → Delete Account.

Deleting your account is immediate and permanent for non-billing data. Billing records required by law may be retained by our payment processor.
